I have known Barbara Petrie for several years now and I have received spiritual guidance as well as healings from her. Of all the medically intuitive psychic healers I have ever known she is the finest and the most accurate. I received a healing session from Barbara during a time when my life was in much turmoil. I was care-taking my parents and from day to day, never knew what to expect. My reserves were dwindling and I was becoming someone I didn't like or recognize from the stress of the situation. The healing was like nothing I have experienced before -- Barbara seemed to draw from all areas of her training and inner knowing to put together just what I needed at the time. There was a softness so it was easy to receive -- there were wonderful aromatherapy smells, feathers, chanting and voice, healing crystals all presenting just for me in the magic of that session. I felt "debris" leaving my body -- especially in the area of my surgery site (a hysterectomy 7 years previous). When I opened my eyes, the first thing I noticed was the brilliance in the room around me. Everything I looked at seemed to be in technicolor! I felt an inner calm and a recapturing of essence deep inside of me that has not dissipated since (it's been about 2 months). It is hard to put into words, but I feel a inner wholeness that is new but very familiar and “right". I feel a strength in which I can draw from that doesn't diminish even though my care-taking demands are increasing for both my parents. I feel as though I am able to care for them in a loving way and nothing (no matter how extreme) seems to shake this inner peace and quiet. I feel this shift is a permanent part of the "new me" and I cherish it! Barbara followed up the session about one month later with flower essences she sent through the mail. These remedies added a deeper solidity that carry me through each day with that continued sweetness. I am able to speak up and ask for help from my siblings and have found a sense of power within the situation that allows me to be extremely functional and not just bouncing off and reacting to old family patterns. It is freeing and purposeful at the same time. I am grateful beyond what these words are able to describe for the gifts that Barbara has brought to me and my family.

Barbara visited my family home and checked the house for spirits that have not moved into the light. My father has been seeing these spirits for the past 12 years (since they moved here).
